Profile

Attracted for a long time by the conception and the development of video games, I am able to communicate effectively as well as to understand the relationship between artist and programmer allowing me to conceive and reflect quickly in a useful way.

During my apprenticeship in art, I developed my creativity in addition to a certain rigor in my work, I make a point of refining the details while keeping in mind the triangle "quality, cost, delay ". I hope to use my creativity to solve different problems or to design with a different approach and a clean design.

Following my studies and my passion for digital illustration, but also during my work in the printing press, I am highly qualified for the realization of design as well for digital display as for printing.

The "White Paper" feature on Javascript ()

"White Paper" is a feature to quickly generate a random idea by simply clicking a button. "White Paper" is perfect for designers stranded in front of their white paper, a simple push of the button generates a random idea to draw. Made in javascript for my training and now available on the Google Play Store.

Professional formation painter decorator and illustration / digital painting - Photoshop ( / )

This year, in addition to my professional formation as decorator painter who gave me the opportunity to work in large format and also to remake acrilic, I set myself the goal of increasing my speed of execution by focusing on the the acquisition of new Photoshop shortcut keys and the speed painting allowed me to understand how to synthesize ideas and emotions to the maximum and then retranscribe them as efficiently as possible.

26Lives video games ()

For 6 months, I worked on 26lives with the objective of achieving each stage of a video game, from concept to publication. Realization of more than 60 levels unique design, creation of characters, environments, different assets and mechanics of games not to mention the music and a temporary website for the presentation.

Project Titch - Awarded 1st place at Challenge BEProdigious ()

BEProdigious is a challenge aimed at boosting the entrepreneurship and creativity of students from all the High Schools and Universities of the province of Namur. Objective: to make their ideas the innovations of tomorrow. " The first prize went to Tanguy Lombet, Jordan Poncelet and Sam Vandervaeren thanks to their project " Share IT ", a web platform dedicated to the organization that revolves around schools (Basic, secondary and higher education). Teachers, as parents and students to obtain information about them with limited access to certain information via a login and password. They win the first prize: 1000 €.".

Awarded second place at Challenge 48 hours of the GameMaker Forum (Jan. )

In nuclear, a chain reaction occurs when a neutron collides with an atom, then the atom releases more neutron, which in turn comes into contact with atoms. Result: nuclear explosion ... I started from this principle by creating monsters "nightmare of neutron" which can collide with their fellows and explode into much more monster! The principle: to survive the longest in the middle of this rain of monsters.

3 days CFSL Workshop - Paris (Oct. )

For 3 days I was able to meet four of the artists who inspired me (Mathieu Lauffray, Marc Simonetti, Serge Birault, Hubert de Lartigue) as well as other actors like Tony Sandoval, Henscher, Marko Djurdjevic, Simon Loche, Jean Sébastien Rossbach, Clément Lefèvre, Frédéric Nagorny, Yohann Schepacz, Remi Mayngre, François Delarozière, in a series of courses, workshops, and demonstrations around illustration and comics in addition to the legal module. I hope one day to meet at an upcoming workshop Pascal Campion and Black Frog, two digital artists that I admire hugely.
